Key Responsibilities

• Provide skilled physical therapy services to patients in a clinical setting.
• Complete documentation and patient charts accurately, including any necessary forms with the partnering facility prior to assignment start.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement treatment plans.
• Ensure compliance with all licensing and clinical protocols.
• Maintain active state licensure and equipment during interview as required.

Required Qualifications

• Valid and active physical therapy license in the state of Alabama.
• Experience in setting up and managing therapy protocols.
• Ability to complete required documentation and coordinate with partner facilities.
• Reliable transportation or means to access the assigned facility.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working in a hospital or outpatient clinic setting.
• Knowledge of documentation requirements related to therapy services.
• Ability to adapt quickly to different clinical environments.
