Contract | Night Shift | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Medical Surgical / Telemetry unit during night shift hours
• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and respond appropriately to changes in patient condition
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in accordance with facility standards
• Adhere to all facility compliance, safety, and medication administration protocols

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 months of permanent Medical Surgical / Telemetry experience
• Active and unrestricted Ohio RN license or valid Compact State license – must be in hand at time of submission
• Active AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification – must be in hand at time of submission
• Active AHA Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification – must be in hand at time of submission
• One professional reference from a manager, Assistant Nurse Manager, supervisor, or director within the applying specialty, from an assignment worked within the past 12 months
• No open background or license hits; facility does not accept any license violations

Preferred Experience / Skills

• NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification
• Experience gained within a single facility or location
