- Travel, Full-time, Night shifts, 12-hour shifts
Key Responsibilities
- Provide attentive and compassionate care to patients in a Medical Surgical / Neuro unit.
- Perform IV starts, wound care, and maintain surgical drains, nasogastric tubes, and chest tubes.
- Document patient data accurately using Meditech system.
- Collaborate with healthcare team to prioritize care and ensure patient safety.
- Engage with patients and families to include them in care planning and education.
- Adhere to hospital policies and safety standards, including certification requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Active RN license in the state of Tennessee
- BLS certification
- Minimum of 2 years of Med/Surg experience
- Ability to multitask and prioritize patient care effectively
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience caring for neuro or trauma patients is a plus
- Strong clinical skills in starting IVs, wound care, and managing surgical drains and tubes
