Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient orthopedic therapy to patients in a clinical setting.
• Manage a caseload of approximately 12-14 patients daily, including follow-up visits with double-booking when appropriate.
• Ensure productivity meets or exceeds 60 visits per week.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality patient care.
• Maintain compliance with all clinical protocols and documentation requirements.
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing training as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• Outpatient therapy experience preferred.
• Ability to manage a busy outpatient caseload effectively.
• Strong communication and patient engagement skills.
• Proficiency in documentation and clinical software.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Outpatient orthopedic therapy experience preferred.
• Prior travel therapy experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with managing a high volume of patients efficiently.
