Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient orthopedic therapy services to a diverse patient population
• Work as part of a float team, assisting with coverage at multiple clinics, including neighboring facilities
• Manage a productivity expectation of 60 visits per week, seeing approximately 12-14 patients daily
• Handle patient follow-up visits with double-booking expected, ensuring efficient patient flow
• Collaborate with clinical staff to deliver high-quality outpatient therapy care
• Maintain documentation and adhere to treatment plans

Required Qualifications

• Valid physical therapy license in the state of Georgia
• Outpatient orthopedic therapy experience preferred
• Ability to work in a team environment and handle a busy caseload
• Strong patient communication and clinical skills
• Willingness to work a consistent 8-hour day shift

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Outpatient orthopedic therapy experience
• Prior experience working in a clinic float role or multiple outpatient settings
• Knowledge of outpatient treatment protocols and documentation standards

Note:
Elevated rates apply only for April starts; later start dates will be at the regular bill rate. Outpatient orthopedic experience is preferred, and the position does not accept PTAs or new graduates. First-time travelers are welcome. The position guarantees 36 hours per week with the potential to work up to 40 hours, with overtime pre-approved by the director.
