Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Night Shift | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) | Rotating Weekdays, Weekends, and Holidays

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Progressive Care/Step-Down unit with an estimated patient ratio of 1:4
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, implementing individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with physician orders and established protocols
• Document patient assessments, care delivered, and clinical outcomes accurately using an electronic health record system
• Float to different units within the organization as needed based on staffing requirements

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of PCU/Progressive Care experience required
• Valid RN license – compact or Ohio state license must be in hand at time of submission
• Current BLS certification required
• Current ACLS certification required
• Current NIH Stroke Scale certification required
• Proficiency with Epic electronic health record system required
• Nursing education must be from an ACEN or CCNE accredited program

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a high-acuity step-down or intermediate care setting
• Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly to new environments and float across units
