Location: Dallas, TX
Schedule / Job Type: Full-time, contract (13 weeks), days, 40 hours/week, Monday - Friday
Key Responsibilities:

• Provide physical therapy assistance in a home health setting for patients in Denton, TX area
• Support ongoing patient care plans under licensed therapist supervision
• Assist with patient mobility, exercises, and therapy interventions
• Maintain accurate documentation of services provided
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure quality patient outcomes
• Adhere to all safety and compliance protocols

Required Qualifications:

• Valid PTA license in the state of Texas
• Prior experience in home health therapy preferred
• Ability to work independently and manage a caseload effectively
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Experience working with diverse patient populations in a home health setting
• Comfort with traveling to patient homes within the Denton TX area
