Contract | Onsite | Rotating Shifts (Day and Night, 3x12-Hour Shifts) | Day: 7:00am–7:30pm / Night: 7:00pm–7:30am

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a Medical Surgical/Telemetry unit, monitoring and responding to patient conditions
• Perform ECG rhythm recognition and interpret telemetry data to support clinical decision-making
• Administer medications safely and accurately in accordance with facility protocols
• Float to additional units as operationally needed to care for the same patient population
• Participate in holiday rotation, working at minimum every other holiday
• Complete required orientation assessments, annual competencies, and facility modules

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 18 months of combined permanent experience in Medical Surgical/Telemetry nursing
• Minimum 18 months of recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience (travel experience accepted)
• Active permanent Ohio RN license or valid Compact State license in hand at time of submission
• Active AHA or American Red Cross BLS certification required
• Active ACLS certification required
• Active NIHSS certification required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• 18 months of specialty experience obtained within a single facility location
• Prior travel nursing experience in a Med/Surg or Telemetry setting
• Familiarity with ECG rhythm recognition and medication safety assessment platforms
