LVN / LPN – Neuro Telemetry (Travel Contract)

Contract | Travel | 13-Week Assignment | Night Shift | 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a Neuro Telemetry unit under the supervision of a Registered Nurse
• Monitor and document patient vital signs, telemetry readings, and neurological status
• Administer medications and treatments as directed per scope of practice
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to support patient care plans
• Accurately maintain patient records and communicate changes in patient condition promptly

Required Qualifications

• Active LVN / LPN license in good standing
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical nursing experience
• Experience in a Telemetry or Neuro Telemetry setting
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
• Compliance with all facility health, background, and credentialing requirements

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience
• Familiarity with neurological patient populations and telemetry monitoring equipment
