Respiratory Therapist – Respiratory/Neuro Diagnostics

Contract | Rotating Shifts (Days and Nights, 3x12-Hour Shifts) | Onsite | Every other weekend required

Key Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory therapy services across multiple departments, with the ability to float internally between units as needed
• Work autonomously within a Level 3 NICU, delivering safe and effective patient care
• Support respiratory care operations within a Level 2 regional trauma center
• Adapt to varying patient acuity levels and adjust to unit ratios based on census and hospital needs
• Maintain flexibility with shift assignments, which may rotate between day and night schedules for the duration of the contract

Required Qualifications

• Active Washington State Respiratory Therapist license – must be in hand at time of submission
• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required
• Demonstrated ability to work independently in a Level 3 NICU setting
• Experience working in a Level 2 regional trauma center environment
• Willingness and ability to float within the facility as needed
• Availability to work every other weekend per applicable agreement

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel or contract experience in a hospital setting
• Comfort working in high-acuity, fast-paced multi-unit environments
• Experience with rotating shift schedules across both day and night shifts
