Registered Nurse
Location: Newcastle, WY
Schedule / Job Type: Full-time, 3x12-day shifts per week, days
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to residents in an LTC/SNF setting
- Monitor patient health and document clinical assessments
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
- Ensure compliance with facility policies and healthcare regulations
- Assist with patient assessments and discharge planning as needed
Required Qualifications:
- Compact or Wyoming state Registered Nurse license in-hand
- Proven experience with Post-Cardiac Care (PCC) procedures
- Prior travel nursing experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities
- Ability to work 12-hour day shifts and adapt to shift schedules
Preferred Experience / Skills:
- Experience working in a fast-paced LTC/SNF environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
