Registered Nurse LTC/SNF

Registered Nurse
Location: Newcastle, WY
Schedule / Job Type: Full-time, 3x12-day shifts per week, days
Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to residents in an LTC/SNF setting
• Monitor patient health and document clinical assessments
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and healthcare regulations
• Assist with patient assessments and discharge planning as needed

Required Qualifications:

• Compact or Wyoming state Registered Nurse license in-hand
• Proven experience with Post-Cardiac Care (PCC) procedures
• Prior travel nursing experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities
• Ability to work 12-hour day shifts and adapt to shift schedules

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Experience working in a fast-paced LTC/SNF environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
