Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Days | 5 x 8-hour shifts, 40 hours per week | 20–26 week commitment

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient clinic setting
  • Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs based on patient needs
  • Complete required clinical documentation accurately and in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care
  • Monitor and report patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as appropriate

Required Qualifications

  • Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Washington (permanent license required)
  • Experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting
  • Ability to fulfill contract quality assurance credentialing requirements prior to start
  • Ability to commit to a 20–26 week assignment schedule

Preferred Experience / Skills

  • Prior experience working in a high-volume outpatient rehabilitation environment
  • Strong documentation skills and familiarity with electronic medical records
