Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to orthopedic patients.
• Evaluate patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Document patient progress and communicate with healthcare team.
• Ensure productivity targets of approximately 60 visits per week, handling 12-14 patients daily.
• Double-book follow-up visits to optimize clinic flow.
• Collaborate with the team and obtain prior approval for overtime hours.

Required Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred.
• Willingness to accept first-time travelers and new grads.
• Ability to work up to 40 hours per week.
• Must have good documentation and patient communication skills.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Outpatient orthopedic experience is preferred.
• Flexibility to float to neighboring clinics or participate in a travel team.
• Strong productivity and patient management skills.
