Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU) setting at a 1:2 nurse-to-patient ratio
- Operate and monitor advanced hemodynamic and cardiac support equipment including Edwards Life Sciences CCO monitoring, Tablo dialysis, Autocat II intra-aortic balloon pump, and Impella devices
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans for critically ill cardiovascular patients
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes
- Adhere to weekend scheduling requirements of 5 weekend days per six-week schedule cycle
Required Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Oklahoma or a compact state license
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- Demonstrated experience in a CVICU or similar critical care environment
- Proficiency with advanced cardiac monitoring and hemodynamic support devices
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Hands-on experience with Impella and intra-aortic balloon pump (IABP/Autocat II) management
- Experience with continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT) or Tablo dialysis systems
- CCRN or relevant critical care certification
