Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Days | 3x12-Hour Shifts (6:30 AM – 7:00 PM) | Includes up to 4 on-call shifts per month (end of shift to 7:00 AM) | One weekend shift per month required | At least one holiday period required (Christmas or New Year's)

Key Responsibilities

• Perform both scrub and circulator roles across a wide range of surgical specialties including Trauma, Transplant, Ortho, Neuro, ENT, GU-GYN, and Robotics
• Provide direct patient care within a high-volume, fast-paced Level I Trauma Center operating room environment
• Utilize EPIC for all clinical documentation and charting
• Participate in on-call rotation as scheduled, including after-hours and weekend coverage
• Float within scope to meet facility needs, including between like units as required
• Participate in emergency response team assignments during hurricane season (June through November) as directed

Required Qualifications

• Active South Carolina RN license or Multi-State/Compact RN license (SC license must be active prior to start)
• Current BLS certification
• Radiation badge required (provided by agency)
• Minimum of 2 years of Operating Room RN experience strongly preferred
• Experience in a Level I Trauma Center environment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Scrub experience strongly preferred
• Familiarity with EPIC electronic health records system
• Experience working in a Magnet-designated or academic teaching facility
