Location: Birmingham, AL

Schedule / Job Type: Days, 8-hour shifts

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide outpatient orthopedic physical therapy services to patients
• Perform patient evaluations and develop treatment plans
• Assist with patient progress and adjust treatments accordingly
• Float to other clinics as needed, supporting multiple locations
• Support a productivity goal of 60 visits per week, managing 12-14 patients per day
• Double-book follow-up visits as appropriate to optimize clinic flow

Required Qualifications:

• Outpatient physical therapy experience preferred
• Valid licenses or certifications as a Physical Therapist
• Ability to work independently and collaborate within a clinical team
• Willingness to work up to 40 hours per week, with 36 hours guaranteed

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• New grads welcomed
• Outpatient orthopedic experience advantageous
• Flexibility to accept first-time travelers and first-time travelers are encouraged to apply
