Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, contract (13 to 26 weeks), days shifts, open to 4x10s with evening hours (until 7:00 PM), guaranteed 40 hours/week

Key Responsibilities
• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to a diverse patient population at a busy clinic
• Manage a productivity workload averaging 55-63 patients per week
• Document patient progress and treatment plans using Raintree EMR system
• Collaborate with team members for optimal patient care
• Complete required pre-assignment HealthStream modules prior to start date

Required Qualifications
• Minimum of 3 months outpatient physical therapy experience or 1 year of PT experience in other settings
• Valid license to practice as a Physical Therapist in Massachusetts
• Ability to work 4 days per week, including 2 evenings until 7:00 PM
• Strong communication and documentation skills

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience working in outpatient clinics or diverse healthcare settings
• Familiarity with Raintree EMR system or similar electronic health records
• Ability to handle a high-volume patient caseload efficiently

• All travelers must complete three HealthStream modules before assignment; reimbursement provided upon proof of completion and after working at least 1 shift.
• Cancel notice required 30 days prior to assignment end.
