Contract | 4x10 Days | Saturday–Tuesday | Saturday/Sunday: 8:00 AM–6:30 PM | Monday/Tuesday: 6:30 AM–5:00 PM | 40 Guaranteed Hours per Week
Key Responsibilities
- Perform a high volume of CT imaging procedures including abdomen, pelvis, head/neck, chest, spine, musculoskeletal, CTAs, and multiplanar reconstruction
- Operate Siemens CT scanners in a fast-paced, high-acuity acute care environment handling complex cases
- Work across both inpatient and outpatient settings, floating within the radiology service line as needed
- Utilize PACS systems and administer contrast agents in accordance with facility protocols
- Collaborate with clinical teams to support Level I trauma and complex diagnostic imaging needs
- Document and chart accurately using Epic electronic health records system
Required Qualifications
- ARRT (CT) certification required and must be in hand at time of submittal
- Minimum of 2 years of CT technologist experience
- BLS certification required
- Experience in both outpatient and inpatient work settings
- Proficiency with PACS and contrast administration
- Experience with CT procedures including abdomen, pelvis, head/neck, chest, spine, musculoskeletal, CTAs, and multiplanar reconstruction
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience in a Level I Trauma Center, teaching hospital, community hospital, or Adult ICU setting strongly preferred
- Siemens scanner experience preferred
- Skills in IV starts, portables, and biopsies are a plus
- Experience with advanced CT procedures such as brain perfusion, colonography, CT arthrography, drainage, myelography, aspirations/biopsies, and transplant studies preferred
