Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to clients in a healthcare setting.
• Assess patients' physical and cognitive abilities to develop personalized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve functional abilities.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records in accordance with facility policies.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Occupational Therapist license or certification.
• Relevant state licensure or registration.
• Strong clinical assessment and intervention skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience working in a clinical or outpatient setting.
• Knowledge of adult and pediatric occupational therapy.
