Schedule / Job Type

• Full-Time, Days, 3 shifts per week, 12-hour shifts

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to medical-surgical and telemetry patients in a community hospital setting.
• Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and perform bedside assessments.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Ensure documentation complies with hospital protocols using Epic charting system.
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies and safety standards.
• Flexibility to float within scope to meet facility needs.

Required Qualifications

• Valid South Carolina or Compact RN license in hand prior to start date.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required; NIH certification preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of recent acute care or community hospital nursing experience.
• Telemetry competency and previous charge nurse experience preferred.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with Epic electronic medical records.
• Previous employment in a Level III trauma community hospital.
• Ability to adapt to fast-paced healthcare environments.
