Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to adult patients within a 41-bed inpatient rehabilitation unit.
• Conduct evaluations and develop treatment plans for diverse patient populations.
• Implement interventions focused on activities of daily living (ADLs) and instrumental activities of daily living (IADLs).
• Document patient progress and manage time efficiently to meet therapy requirements.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient care.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months current acute care OT experience.
• Active Kansas occupational therapy license.
• BLS certification.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in acute inpatient rehabilitation setting.
• Certification or experience in neuro therapy or lymphedema management.
• Knowledge of EMR systems, particularly Meditech.
