Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient orthopedic therapy services to a diverse patient population
• Float to various clinics within the area as needed, including PANG and neighboring locations
• Manage a productivity expectation of approximately 60 visits per week
• See 12-14 patients per day, with double-booking of follow-up visits expected
• Ensure all OT hours are approved by the director before working overtime

Required Qualifications

• Outpatient therapy experience preferred
• Valid therapist license or certification in the state of Colorado
• Ability to work in a flexible float environment across multiple clinics
• Strong patient care and documentation skills

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous outpatient orthopedic therapy experience
• Experience working with a team and managing a busy caseload
