Contract | Days | 3x12-Hour Shifts (Friday – Sunday, 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM) | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality CT examinations in accordance with established protocols on patient populations ranging from newborn through geriatrics for physician interpretation
• Conduct inpatient, outpatient, emergency room, and scheduled interventional cases (interventional cases on Fridays only; outpatient weekend hours 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM)
• Start IVs and administer contrast as required per examination protocols
• Assist with CT-guided biopsies as needed
• Utilize PACS system for image management and documentation
• Participate in an on-call rotation covering Monday through Thursday, 5:00 PM – 6:00 AM, as needed

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of CT Technologist experience
• Graduate of an accredited school of radiologic technology
• Active ARRT certification in Computed Tomography (CT) — must be in hand at time of start
• Active South Carolina Radiation Quality Standards Association (SCRQSA) CT registration — must be in hand at time of start
• American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Radiation monitoring badge required — must be provided by placing agency

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a Level III Trauma or acute care hospital environment
• Proficiency with Epic electronic health records system
• Familiarity with a high-volume, multi-modality radiology department
