- Travel, Days shift, 8 hours per shift, 5 shifts per week, 13-week assignment
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct occupational therapy evaluations and treatments for patients in an acute care setting
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Provide direct patient care prioritizing safety, mobility, and functional independence
- Document patient progress accurately within the electronic medical record system
- Adapt therapy interventions based on patient needs and care goals
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 months acute care occupational therapy hospital experience
- Active Kansas occupational therapy license
- BLS certification
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Trauma and comprehensive stroke rehabilitation experience
- Ability to work independently with high accountability
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Experience with general acute care equipment and EMR systems
