Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | 4x10-hour shifts per week, rotating weekends and evening/weekend call
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate the delivery of quality nursing care for patients undergoing cardiac procedures in the Cath Lab in accordance with ANA Standards of Nursing Practice
- Provide skilled nursing care during pre-procedure, intra-procedure, and post-procedure phases
- Circulate during cardiac catheterization and electrophysiology (EP) procedures
- Monitor and assess patient status throughout all phases of care, intervening as appropriate
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team within an established and growing Hybrid Cath Lab environment
Required Qualifications
- Current Colorado RN license, Compact RN license, or eligibility to obtain
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications issued by the American Heart Association
- Minimum of 3 years of RN experience in a Cath Lab and/or EP setting
- Demonstrated experience circulating and providing pre and post procedural patient care
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Vascular procedural experience
- Cardiovascular OR (CVOR) experience
