Contract | Travel | Full-Time | Onsite | Days | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM | 13-Week Assignment

Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services across both inpatient and outpatient departments
• Evaluate and treat patients in accordance with established care plans and productivity expectations
• Collaborate as part of a multidisciplinary therapy team including PT, OT, and Speech professionals
• Document patient care and progress using the Meditech electronic documentation system
• Maintain a target productivity of approximately 3 units per hour worked
• Participate in weekend coverage on an occasional and flexible basis as needed

Required Qualifications

• Graduate degree in Physical Therapy (PT or DPT) from an accredited program
• Active and valid Physical Therapist licensure in the state of Florida (or eligibility)
• Minimum of 2 years of physical therapy experience
• Proficiency with standard physical therapy equipment and modalities

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous travel therapy experience with the ability to adapt quickly to a new environment
• Ability to work independently while contributing positively to an established team dynamic
• Experience working in both inpatient and outpatient therapy settings
