• Travel, Days, 12-hour shifts, 3 shifts per week, 12-week assignment

Key Responsibilities

• Provide patient evaluations and develop treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
• Administer physical therapy treatments utilizing specialized equipment such as treadmills, car simulators, RT300, Bioness systems, and BITS.
• Document patient progress and treatment details accurately in the Meditech system.
• Attend team conferences to coordinate care and treatment goals.
• Adjust therapy approaches based on patient response and recovery progress.
• Work inpatient in a 467-bed facility with a new 26-bed IRF unit, maintaining patient ratios of 1:1.

Required Qualifications

• Valid state of Florida Physical Therapist license.
• BLS certification.
• At least 2 years of relevant clinical experience.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in an Inpatient Rehabilitation Facility (IRF) or Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF).
• Ability to adapt quickly to fast-paced environments and work independently.
