Contract | Rotating Shift | 13-Week Assignment | 30 Hours Guaranteed Per Week

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement occupational therapy treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
  • Provide direct patient care to support functional independence and rehabilitation goals
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with facility standards
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure coordinated patient outcomes
  • Adapt therapeutic activities to meet the individual needs of each patient

Required Qualifications

  • Current COTA certification through NBCOT
  • Active California Occupational Therapy Assistant license in good standing
  • Prior clinical experience as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant
  • Ability to work a rotating shift schedule

Preferred Experience / Skills

  • Experience working in a hospital or inpatient rehabilitation setting
  • Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
