Job Title
• Outpatient Physical Therapist

Location
• Charleston, SC

Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, Days shifts, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week

Key Responsibilities
• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to diverse patient populations
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Conduct patient assessments and document progress in electronic health records
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Maintain compliance with facility policies and safety standards
• Participate in occasional patient or caregiver education sessions

Required Qualifications
• South Carolina PT license or Multistate Compact license in hand at start
• BLS certification (Basic Life Support)
• Minimum of 2 years outpatient experience

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Outpatient clinic experience
• Neuro rehabilitation experience

• Pending licenses accepted if proof of application is provided
• Hurricane season may require flexibility for emergency response assignments from June through November
