Contract (13 Weeks) | Travel | Full-Time | Onsite | Day Shift | Monday–Thursday 7:30 AM–4:30 PM, Friday 7:30 AM–12:00 PM | No Weekends | No On-Call
Key Responsibilities
- Perform perinatal and Maternal Fetal Medicine (MFM) ultrasound examinations, completing approximately 7–8 scans per day across 5 ultrasound rooms
- Operate advanced ultrasound equipment (Voluson E10) to acquire diagnostic-quality images in an obstetric and MFM clinical setting
- Document and manage imaging records using Viewpoint and Meditech EMR systems
- Conduct specialized scans including Nuchal Translucency/Nasal Bone assessments and cervical length measurements in accordance with established protocols
- Collaborate with MFM clinical team to support comprehensive maternal and fetal diagnostic care
- Adhere to departmental dress code requirements (grey scrubs)
Required Qualifications
- Current certification through the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS)
- Active OB/GYN certification (ARDMS or equivalent)
- NTQR certification for Nuchal Translucency and Nasal Bone
- Current BLS certification
- Minimum of 2 years of ultrasound/sonography experience
- Advanced skills in Maternal Fetal Medicine (MFM) sonography
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Fetal Echocardiography certification preferred
- CLEAR certification for Cervical Length preferred
- Specialty certification highly preferred (within 3 years of hire)
- Prior experience working in a high-acuity MFM or perinatal ultrasound environment
