Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to medical-surgical patients with a focus on orthopedic and neurological conditions
• Manage a patient assignment within a 1:6–7 nurse-to-patient ratio on a night shift schedule
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes using Epic electronic health records
• Fulfill every-other-weekend requirements, including both Saturday and Sunday shifts
• Float within scope to like units or sister facilities as needed to meet census demands
• Participate in emergency response team assignments during hurricane season (June through November) if required

Required Qualifications

• Active South Carolina RN license or valid Compact RN license must be in hand prior to start date
• Current BLS certification required
• Willingness to float within scope to meet facility needs
• Ability to fulfill every-other-weekend commitment (minimum Saturday and Sunday)
• Must reside outside a 60-mile radius of the facility; local candidates are not accepted

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Minimum of 2 years of registered nursing experience, preferably in a medical-surgical setting
• Prior experience in orthopedic and/or neurological patient care strongly preferred
• Familiarity with Epic charting system
• First-time travelers will be considered on a case-by-case basis depending on overall experience
