Treatment and Recovery Service Nurse Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and facilitate the healthcare needs of clients within a substance use treatment program
  • Implement and supervise nursing care for clients in the residential care unit
  • Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary treatment team including medical and program leadership
  • Serve as a clinical resource to other treatment team members across residential and outpatient settings
  • Provide trauma-informed, evidence-based care to adults and their families receiving substance use services

Required Qualifications

  • Current, unencumbered Oregon Registered Nurse (RN) license required upon submission
  • Healthcare Provider Level BLS certification required
  • Certified Addiction RN (CARN) credential required
  • Must pass a pre-employment/post-offer drug screen

Preferred Experience / Skills

  • Experience working in residential substance use treatment settings
  • Familiarity with trauma-informed care principles and evidence-based treatment approaches
