Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Days | 40 hours per week | 8-hour shifts | Split schedule between two locations covering 7:00 AM–3:30 PM and 10:30 AM–7:00 PM shifts
Key Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services across multiple outpatient clinic locations as a float therapist
- Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic conditions
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with patient needs and clinical goals
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records using electronic health record systems
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure continuity of patient care
Required Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist license in good standing
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in orthopedics
- Experience with Epic electronic health record system
- Ability to work across multiple clinic locations
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in a float or multi-site therapy role
- Strong adaptability and ability to transition between different clinical environments
