Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Days | 40 hrs/week | Split shifts: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM and 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services with a specialization in neurologic rehabilitation
- Evaluate and treat patients across split shift schedules in an inpatient or outpatient setting
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on neurologic assessment findings
- Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support patient recovery goals
Required Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Connecticut
- Experience in neurologic rehabilitation
- Ability to work 40 hours per week across split shift schedules
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Neurologic Clinical Specialist (NCS) certification
- PWR! (Parkinson Wellness Recovery) certification
- Prior experience in a neurologic rehabilitation setting
