Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an Intensive Care Unit (ICU) setting
• Monitor and assess critically ill patients, implementing appropriate nursing interventions
• Float within the hospital or to affiliate facilities as needed
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation using electronic health record systems
• Adhere to all facility compliance requirements, including working some holidays and weekends

Required Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in South Carolina at time of submission (no pending licenses accepted)
• Minimum of 2 years of RN experience; first-time travelers accepted
• Current BLS, ACLS, and NIH Stroke Scale certifications required
• Must reside outside of a 50-mile radius from the facility (locals accepted at local rate)
• 2 supervisory references required
• Former permanent staff must have been separated for at least 5 years before returning as a traveler

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with EPIC electronic health records system
• Prior travel nursing experience in an ICU or critical care environment
