Contract | Days | 4x12-Hour Shifts (7:00–19:30) | 36 or 48 hours per week available
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) ICU setting
- Monitor and assess critically ill patients, responding promptly to changes in condition
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes using EPIC EMR
- Float to other units and campuses as needed based on census, within demonstrated competencies
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum 2 years of ICU experience
- BLS, ACLS, and NIH Stroke Scale certifications required
- Minimum 1 year of recent experience with EPIC EMR
- Must complete pre-assignment testing and required modules within 48 hours of receiving login credentials
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior LTAC experience strongly preferred
- Experience navigating complex, critically ill patient populations in a long-term acute care environment
