Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services, including vestibular therapy, to a varied patient population.
• Manage a productivity goal of approximately 60 visits per week, seeing 12-14 patients daily.
• Double-book follow-up visits as needed to meet patient care demands.
• Collaborate with clinic staff and coordinate with the team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Adhere to clinical protocols and document patient progress accurately.
• Work up to 40 hours per week, with 36 hours guaranteed, and OT hours approved by the director prior to additional hours worked.

Required Qualifications

• Valid physical therapist license for the state of Tennessee.
• Outpatient therapy experience preferred; new grads are encouraged to apply.
• Experience or familiarity with vestibular therapy is a plus.
• Ability to work in a team environment and adhere to clinical guidelines.
• Strong patient communication and organizational skills.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Outpatient therapy experience, particularly with vestibular conditions.
• Ability to handle a high-volume outpatient caseload efficiently.
• Flexibility to float to other clinics as needed.
