Contract | Night Shift | 8:00 PM – 6:30 AM, Monday through Thursday | 40-Hour Weekly Guarantee | 13-Week Assignment

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine and specialized laboratory testing across clinical disciplines
• Analyze and interpret laboratory results to support patient care
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory instrumentation and equipment
• Ensure accurate documentation and reporting of test results in compliance with regulatory standards
• Follow established laboratory protocols, quality control procedures, and safety guidelines

Required Qualifications

• Associate's degree or higher in Medical Laboratory Technology or a related field
• Current MLT certification (ASCP, AMT, or equivalent)
• Demonstrated experience performing clinical laboratory testing
• Knowledge of laboratory safety standards and regulatory compliance

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience in a hospital or acute care laboratory setting
• Familiarity with laboratory information systems (LIS)
• Ability to work independently during overnight hours with minimal supervision
