Contract | Travel | Nights | 6:45 PM – 7:15 AM | 13-Week Assignment

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a Medical Surgical unit in accordance with facility protocols and nursing standards
• Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions throughout the night shift
• Administer medications and treatments as directed by the care team and physician orders
• Collaborate with registered nurses, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members to support patient care plans
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record

Required Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted LPN or LVN license in the state of North Carolina or a compact state
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience as an LPN/LVN
• Experience in a Medical Surgical setting
• Current BLS certification
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems in an acute care environment
• Experience in a high-volume or Level II trauma center environment
