Contract | Travel | 13-Week Assignment | Night Shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced freestanding emergency department setting
- Assess, triage, and prioritize patients presenting with a wide range of emergency conditions
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with physician orders and established protocols
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes
- Accurately document patient assessments, care provided, and clinical findings in the electronic health record
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- Minimum of 1 year of Emergency Department nursing experience
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- Ability to work 12-hour night shifts in a high-acuity emergency care environment
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior travel nursing experience in an emergency or freestanding emergency department setting
- Familiarity with electronic health record systems commonly used in emergency care
- TNCC or CEN certification preferred
