Key Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory therapy services across critical care units including ICU and NICU
• Assess, treat, and monitor patients with respiratory conditions in high-acuity settings
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Operate and manage ventilators and other respiratory equipment in critical care environments
• Document patient care activities accurately and in accordance with facility protocols

Required Qualifications

• Active North Dakota Respiratory Therapist license required
• NBRC Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) credential required
• Active AHA BLS certification required
• Active AHA ACLS certification required
• Hands-on ICU and NICU experience required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in PICU settings in addition to ICU and NICU
• Active PALS certification
• Active NRP certification
