Contract | Travel | Days | Full-Time | Onsite | Tuesday – Saturday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | 13-Week Assignment
Key Responsibilities
- Perform outpatient evaluations, progress reports, discharge notes, and 10/30 documentation
- Provide occupational therapy services for adult patients with upper extremity orthopedic and neurological conditions
- Conduct inpatient evaluations as needed
- Utilize standard inpatient and outpatient equipment including electrical stimulation, ultrasound, and infrared modalities
- Document accurately and efficiently using the Meditech electronic documentation system
- Collaborate with a team of OTs and COTAs across both inpatient and outpatient settings
Required Qualifications
- Occupational Therapy degree with active Florida OT licensure
- Current BLS certification
- Minimum 2 years of occupational therapy experience
- Proficiency in typing and completing clinical documentation reports
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience in both inpatient and outpatient occupational therapy settings
- Background in upper extremity orthopedic and neurological rehabilitation with adult populations
- Previous travel therapy experience and ability to work independently
