Contract | Travel | Days | Full-Time | Onsite | Tuesday – Saturday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | 13-Week Assignment

Key Responsibilities

• Perform outpatient evaluations, progress reports, discharge notes, and 10/30 documentation
• Provide occupational therapy services for adult patients with upper extremity orthopedic and neurological conditions
• Conduct inpatient evaluations as needed
• Utilize standard inpatient and outpatient equipment including electrical stimulation, ultrasound, and infrared modalities
• Document accurately and efficiently using the Meditech electronic documentation system
• Collaborate with a team of OTs and COTAs across both inpatient and outpatient settings

Required Qualifications

• Occupational Therapy degree with active Florida OT licensure
• Current BLS certification
• Minimum 2 years of occupational therapy experience
• Proficiency in typing and completing clinical documentation reports

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in both inpatient and outpatient occupational therapy settings
• Background in upper extremity orthopedic and neurological rehabilitation with adult populations
• Previous travel therapy experience and ability to work independently
