Nuclear Medicine Technologist

Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Days | 5x8s, 7:30am – 4:00pm | On-Call: One Saturday per month
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general nuclear medicine imaging procedures in accordance with departmental protocols and standards
- Conduct cardiac imaging and PET/CT studies with accuracy and efficiency
- Operate and maintain nuclear medicine equipment including GE 850 systems
- Utilize PACS and SECTRA imaging systems for image acquisition, processing, and storage
- Document and track radiopharmaceutical usage and patient records using nuclear medicine tracking systems
- Participate in on-call rotation, including one Saturday per month as required
Required Qualifications
- Active Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist (CNMT) license or ARRT (N) registration
- Must hold or be eligible for Connecticut state licensure
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Proficiency with EPIC electronic health records
- Experience with SECTRA and PACS imaging systems
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Direct hands-on experience with GE 850 nuclear medicine systems
- Experience with cardiac imaging and PET/CT procedures
- Familiarity with NUCTRAC or similar nuclear medicine tracking systems
