Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Day Shift (5x7.5 Hours, 8:00–16:00)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to students within a school district setting under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
• Manage and support an assigned student caseload in accordance with individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Implement therapeutic interventions designed to improve students' functional performance in the educational environment
• Collaborate with educators, specialists, and families to support student progress and goal attainment
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services, progress notes, and required records

Required Qualifications

• Active Oregon Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) license or eligibility to obtain one (note: client is unable to assist with expediting licensure)
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
• Current NBCOT certification as a COTA
• Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 60 students
• Strong communication and collaboration skills within a multidisciplinary team

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working as an OTA in a school-based setting
• Familiarity with IEP processes and special education environments
• Experience working with pediatric populations across a range of developmental needs
