Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Days (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care
- Utilize Point of Care (PCC) documentation systems to manage patient information
Required Qualifications
- Active Speech Language Pathologist license or eligibility to practice in New Mexico
- Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience as a Speech Language Pathologist
- Proficiency with PCC (Point of Care Companion) software
- Must be available to arrive in New Mexico at least 48 hours prior to start date to complete required fingerprinting
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with patients and care teams
