Contract | Days (4x12 Hours, 7:00–19:00) | 36–48 Hours/Week | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an ICU setting within an acute care hospital environment
• Perform IV starts and other critical care nursing interventions as required
• Participate in weekend rotation as part of the standard schedule
• Float to other units within scope of practice to support staffing needs as needed
• Document patient care accurately using Meditech electronic health records system
• Expect to work some holidays as part of assignment requirements

Required Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license (pending licenses not accepted)
• Minimum of 1 year of ICU nursing experience, including IV start competency
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications required
• Proficiency with Meditech charting system required
• Must not reside within the local radius exclusion zone (locals not accepted)
• Ability to complete a negative 13-panel drug screen within 30 days prior to start

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a Level 3 Trauma, acute care hospital setting
• Familiarity with travel nursing compliance requirements and flexible scheduling expectations
• Comfort with floating to various units within scope of practice
