Contract | Nights (3x12 Hours, 19:00–07:00) | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Room setting within a Level II Trauma Center
• Maintain a patient ratio of 1:3, delivering high-quality, evidence-based nursing care
• Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions, interventions, and outcomes throughout the shift
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate and prioritize patient treatment plans
• Participate in weekend rotations as required per scheduling guidelines

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license; compact license must be active and in hand at time of submission
• Minimum of 2 years of Emergency Room nursing experience (hard stop requirement)
• Current ACLS, PALS, and BLS certifications
• Current NIHSS and TNCC certifications
• Ability to commit to weekend requirements (6 weekends per 6-week schedule)
• Must commit to working 3 of the following 5 holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a short-term acute care facility or high-volume trauma center
• Familiarity with travel nursing compliance processes and scheduling flexibility
