Contract (13 Weeks) | Days | 36 Hours Guaranteed | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy treatment to patients under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
• Implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with established goals and clinical guidelines
• Document patient progress, treatment sessions, and outcomes accurately and in a timely manner
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to support patient recovery and functional improvement
• Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic techniques and home exercise programs

Required Qualifications

• Active COTA certification through NBCOT
• Active state licensure or eligibility to practice in Montana
• Experience providing occupational therapy assistant services in a clinical setting
• Strong documentation and communication skills

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care environment
• Familiarity with PACS or similar electronic health record systems
