Job Title

Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, Night shifts, 12-hour shifts, 3 shifts per week

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process and collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to provide quality patient care
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments following established policies, procedures, standards of care, and state laws
• Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes according to standards of care
• Conduct patient assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, including patient and family education
• Participate in performance improvement initiatives and unit practice activities, supporting clinical excellence
• Apply clinical expertise to support patient safety and quality care, escalating critical issues as appropriate
• Engage in peer review, professional development, and shared governance activities

Required Qualifications

• Active Illinois RN license
• BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications
• NIHSS certification
• TNCC or TNS certification
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with education verification

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous ER or acute care nursing experience
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
