Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy evaluations and treatments to a diverse patient population
• Oversee day-to-day clinical operations of the outpatient therapy center
• Supervise and mentor therapy staff, including support personnel
• Ensure compliance with clinical and regulatory standards within the center
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent)
• Active or eligible Physical Therapist license in the state of California
• Experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting
• Strong leadership and organizational skills suitable for a center management role

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a supervisory or center management capacity
• Experience supervising or mentoring foreign-trained physical therapy applicants
• Commitment to continuing education and professional development
